Do I need a Doctor’s referral?
The simple answer is no. You are able to receive Chiropractic treatment without a referral.
Do you see patients with Headaches?
Yes, we have many patients who come in with headaches as their main complaint. By using evidence-based, safe and gentle Chiropractic techniques we are able to give you care naturally without needing to reach for your medicine cabinet.
Do you accept Private health insurance?
We sure do, please speak to your Private Health insurance provider about your level of cover, to see whether you are eligible to claim on ‘extras’ for Chiropractic.
I’m pregnant, can I see a Chiropractor?
Absolutely! We have a large patient base of pregnant women in our clinic who have experienced low back pain, bladder issues, nausea/vomiting and breathing difficulties.
Can I use private health insurance?
Yes, we take all private health insurances at our clinic.
Can I use an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) from my GP?
Yes, we take enhanced primary care plans referred by general practitioners in our clinic.
Cancellation Policy
At Strive For Health Clinic we value your time and strive to provide quality care to all our patients. To help us accommodate everyone effectively, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") may be charged the full appointment fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment when booking future appointments.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Any exceptions will be considered at the discretion of the clinic.
No Refund Policy
At Strive For Health Clinic, we are committed to providing professional chiropractic services tailored to each patient's individual needs.
As healthcare services are delivered at the time of consultation and treatment, fees paid for consultations, assessments, treatments, reports, and other professional services
are non-refundable.
If you have concerns regarding your treatment or experience, we encourage you to discuss them with your practitioner or contact our team. We are committed to addressing any concerns and ensuring you receive the highest standard of care.
Prepaid Treatment Plans and Packages

Prepaid treatment plans and packages are generally non-refundable once commenced.

Any refund requests for unused sessions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.

Refunds will not be provided for completed consultations or treatments.
